Skew Deviation

Alternating Cross-cover test: Cover one eye, then the other. Observe for one eye to rise after uncovering and the other eye to drop after uncovering.

(+) Test: Skew deviation results from a right–left imbalance in otolith and graviceptive inputs from the vestibular system to the oculomotor system and, with rare exceptions, is generally central in origin.
